Why Meeting of the Minds?
Following the First “Meeting of the Minds” organized by the Research & Development Unit at Prince Sultan University and in the spirit of setting a tradition of a series of such events, the Information Technology Department at King Saud University is delighted to host the Second “Meeting of the Minds” under the theme “Meeting the Nation's IT Demands”.
The aim of the 2nd MoM is to bring together female researchers, practitioners from academia and industry to discuss recent advances in the Information Technology field. This year, special focus will be on the challenging issues raised by the urgent Information Technology demands in all sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event is an opportunity for female scholars and students to debate on the impacts Information Technology is making to society and related research issues that still need to be investigated..
